Longonot 2
Longonot Project II was launched after the successful launch and uptake of project I.
It comprises 24 plots sitting on a 3-acre piece of land, each measuring 50*100ft. The project is 1km from the main Old Naivasha Road. The project is suitable for residential and agricultural use.
Naivasha town is known for its abundant wildlife, including a variety of bird species, hippos, giraffes, buffaloes and zebras. It is also a hub for Kenya’s horticultural industry, exporting its product worldwide. Residents enjoy the hot springs from underground which also power the geothermal plant in the region. They also enjoy boat rides and fresh fish from the lake.
